Appointments

We recommend booking appointments at least a few weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Our website reflects the most up-to-date availability. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellations

To respect the time of our providers, we require:

  • A 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual appointments. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee of $50 will apply.

Membership Policies

  • Membership pricing, promotions, and banked dollars are non-transferable and for the member’s use only.

  • Membership payments, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. Please refer to your membership agreement for full terms.

Returns & Refunds

  • Skincare products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unopened packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable.

  • Services received cannot be refunded.

Weather Policy

Your safety is our priority. In the event of severe weather, we will contact you directly if we must close or reschedule appointments. If weather prevents you from attending your appointment, let us know as soon as possible.

Child Policy

To ensure the safety of all patients and staff, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety of young children and the enjoyment of other patients, we ask that childcare arrangements be made in advance of your visit.

Pet Policy

Rever Wellness adheres to a No-Pets Policy for the safety and comfort of all patients. Service animals are welcome in compliance with ADA regulations. Please note that emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA.

Film & Photo Policy

To maintain a professional and private environment, filming, recording, or taking photos within Rever Wellness is prohibited without prior written consent from management.
