WHAT IS MICRO
NEEDLING?
Microneedling uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering its natural repair cascade, producing fresh collagen, refining texture, softening scars, and restoring luminosity. When layered with regenerative agents like PDRN, PRF, or PDGF, the body's own healing response is amplified at the cellular level.

All microneedling at Rever is performed with the FDA-approved Rejuvapen device.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1
CONSULTATION
A focused conversation about your skin goals, history, and concerns. We assess your skin and recommend the right regenerative pairing, depth setting, and series structure.
2
TREATMENT
A topical numbing cream is applied for 20 to 30 minutes prior. The microneedling itself takes 30 to 45 minutes, with the regenerative agent applied during and immediately after. Total appointment time is approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
3
RESULTS
Initial glow appears within five to seven days, with meaningful collagen remodeling building over four to twelve weeks. Most patients see optimal results from a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with maintenance every six to twelve months.
THE REGENERATIVE PAIRINGS
WE OFFER
Three options, each with its own strengths.
Your provider will recommend the right pairing for your skin and your goals.

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide)
A salmon-derived regenerative complex that supports tissue repair, hydration, and skin quality. PDRN has growing evidence for collagen induction, skin elasticity, and overall radiance. A signature option for patients seeking enhanced rejuvenation without using their own blood.

PRF
(Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
Concentrated growth factors drawn from your own blood, processed and applied during treatment. PRF is autologous, requires no additives, and is particularly effective for acne scarring, under-eye revitalization, and overall skin quality.

PDGF
(Platelet-Derived Growth Factor)
A potent regenerative agent that accelerates collagen production, supports wound healing, and shortens recovery. Among the most advanced regenerative pairings available, PDGF is ideal for patients seeking accelerated skin quality or layered improvement.

Why Patients
Choose Rever
A word on our approach
The needling itself is only half the treatment. What we layer in matters as much as the device, and the right pairing depends on your goals, your skin, and what your tissue actually needs to regenerate. We approach every session as a regenerative protocol rather than a single procedure, which is where the meaningful, lasting change comes from.
