WHAT IS SCULPTRA?
Sculptra is a biostimulator, not a traditional dermal filler. Made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), Sculptra works gradually, prompting your own collagen to rebuild over a series of months. The result is a subtle, structural restoration of the underlying architecture of the face, rather than a sudden addition of volume on contact.

Because the change builds quietly over time, the outcome looks unmistakably like you, only restored.
TREATMENT AREAS
COSMETIC CONCERNS WE TREAT:
Temple hollowing, cheek volume loss, jawline definition, lower face structure, marionette lines, and overall facial gauntness.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1
CONSULTATION
A focused conversation about your goals and a clinical assessment of your facial structure. We discuss the number of vials likely needed, the recommended series, and the expected timeline. Sculptra is not the right tool for every concern, and we'll be candid if a different approach serves you better.
2
TREATMENT
Sculptra is mixed and reconstituted on site, then injected into the targeted areas. The treatment itself takes 30 to 45 minutes. Numbing is applied for comfort.
3
RESULTS
Initial swelling resolves within days, but Sculptra's true effect builds gradually over three to six months as your collagen rebuilds. Most patients reach their best result around the four-to-six-month mark, with results lasting two years or more.
SCULPTRA,

Why Patients
Choose Rever
A word on our approach
Sculptra rewards patience. We design treatment as a series, not a single visit, and we're honest about the timeline, most patients see meaningful change between three and six months after their first session. We'd rather build a result that holds for two years than chase an immediate effect that fades quickly.
